During the Christmas period we are closed for statutory days only though we are on reduced staffing and increased response time from the 22nd December until the 08th January. All support is via the email support desk and clients are welcome to contact the support desk at any time during the holidays from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

As we are on reduced staffing during the holiday period our turnaround time guarantee will temporarily increase to two hours. If your situation is urgent please contact the support desk with the work urgent in the title, make sure you include details and where relevant a screen shot.


We have some critical maintenance planned which will involve a full outage, this is scheduled for Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th December on both days from 12 noon to 6pm.
